ECDL es la acreditación internacional europea que otorga el reconocimiento de poseer una formación básica y completa en informática a nivel de usuario. Gestionada por la Fundación ECDL, la acreditación está implantada prácticamente en toda Europa y, bajo las siglas ICDL, en el resto del mundo.

La Fundación ECDL es una organización sin ánimo de lucro creada a iniciativa del Consejo Europeo de Asociaciones Profesionales de Tecnologías de la Información (CEPIS) y auspiciada por la Comisión Europea (doc1). En España está representada por la Asociación de Técnicos de Informática.
